Live in Harmony with Nature
Now is the time. Cacao is calling us into wholeness, to be connected to the earth and her cycles, to stand in our heart, and live in courage ~ will you follow the call?
We believe in balance on a global scale, and believe cacao is awakening this remembering within us.
At Cacao Keeper, we source ceremonial cacao from different parts of the world where the production and farming of this very cacao is rippling positive change within the communities and families who handle your cacao.
We are dedicated to supporting the cacao growing/processing hubs around the world, who we belive are changing the way cacao is handled and treated - from pod to cup!

Cacao Keeper Sourcing
Peruvian Cacao
Our ceremonial Peruvian cacao pure, cacao powder, and cacao butter are all from the same farm in Tocache, Peru. Cacao from this source is considered 'rescue cacao' as the farmers have been able to earn an income from cacao instead of the illegal drug trade. The head farmer Rolando has been able to develop this initiative to change the lives of many in his community. Sourced with Corin and Sally from Seleno Health.
- Certified organic
- Shade grown
Balinese Cacao, Ubud Raw
Ceremonial cacao from Bali. Ubud Raw is a positive force for change in Bali, they work with growers in West Bali. Adding to the potency of cacao, daily ceremony and offerings are given to the cacao trees as they grow and develop.

- Shade grown
Solomon Island Cacao
Our wondeful Solomon Island Ceremonial Cacao, and whole cacao beans are sourced with Oonagh from The Cacao Ambassador. This Cacao is grown and processed by hand, from the dedicated group of women farmers. Check them out here.

Cacao Keeper is a love offering from me, Lucy. Through my journey with cacao, a clear foundation has been established - Cacao is here to align us further to mother earth. 'Cacao Keeper' is the reminder that we have the responsibility to live what we believe in, and spread practices which ultimately promote harmony with nature and ourselves.
We are the keepers of our own heart, our energy and essence is important to nurture and safeguard. It has been with cacao that I have been supported to folourish into more of myself. Going from being nervous to talk one word in a circle as a guest, to facilitating and sharing with confidence. This journey to the pureness of cacao, in her whole form, reflects this journey to ourself, knowing ourself in our purenss and wholeness.
As a facilitator of these circle spaces, I draw upon my experience as a guest, and facilitator at an Ayahuasca retreat centre in Peru, my many hours spent in rceiving and learning, time and experince of holding this space for others since 2016, and the biggest initiation I've had of becoming a mother.
Others describe me as grounded, deep, relateable, compssionate, and that within a space I am facilitating the are able to feel safe and held, supported and guided to connect with the spirit of cacao and parts of themself.
On a day-to-day level, I am a huge supporter of having cacao as a regular and integrated practice in our life. Before I was a mama it would often look like having a few moments to sit down, pull some cards, journal, or simply be in silence with myself and cacao. Nowdays my daily cacao looks very different, I'm often outside with my son, on the go, sharing it with him, and on the rare occassion I have the space to sit and be still. Neither is right or wrong, both are a reflectoin of the present moment and both a time to hold intention in my heart and mind. Cacao has supported me in so many ways over this time, in the becoming of a mama, in the sharing of my voice, in the changes of direction and acceptance of what is. It would be true to say I wouldn't be who I am without my cacao practice in my life.
